丹参川芎嗪配合无创正压通气治疗老年肺心病的临床应用

目的：探析丹参川芎嗪配合无创正压通气治疗老年肺心病的临床应用效果。方法从2014年4月—2016年4月期间该院收治的老年肺心病患者中随机抽选出118例作为此次研究的研究对象，将所有入选患者平均分成观察组与对照组，每组59例。对照组采用无创正压通气方案进行治疗，观察组采用丹参川芎嗪配合无创正压通气方案进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床指标及心肺功能于治疗前后的变化情况，此外，计算两组的治疗总有效率。结果治疗结束后，观察组的各项临床指标明显优于对照组的对应值；观察组的心肺功能改善程度明显大于对照组；观察组的治疗总有效率为93.23%，明显高于对照组的74.58%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肺心病患者采用丹参川芎嗪配合无创正压通气方案进行治疗，能取得显著疗效，该治疗方案不仅能改善患者的各项临床指标，也能明显提高患者的心肺功能。

Clinical Application of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Elderly Pa-tients with Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of senile pulmonary heart disease. Methods From April 2014 to 2016 April in our hospital dur-ing the period of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease randomly selected out of 118 cases as the research object of the study, all patients enrolled were divided into observation group and control group, 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, and the observation group was treated with Salvia miltior-rhiza Ligustrazine Combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. The clinical indexes of the two groups were ob-served and the changes of cardiac and pulmonary function before and after treatment were observed. In addition, the total effective rate of the two groups was calculated. Results After the end of treatment, the observation group of clinical indica-tors was significantly better than the control group corresponding values; observation group of heart and lung function im-provement degree was significantly higher than that of the control group; the total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than that of control group 74.58% of, data the differences between the two groups has statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with Danshen Ligustrazine Combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy, can achieve remarkable curative effect, the treatment can not only improve the clinical parameters in patients with, can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary func-tion of patients.
