高压氧联合小剂量尿激酶治疗进展性脑梗死疗效分析

目的：探讨高压氧联合小剂量尿激酶治疗进展性脑梗死疗效。方法以回顾性方法，整群选取该院在2014年1月—2015年12月收治的124例进展性脑梗死患者资料，随机分为2组，每组62例，对照组采用常规治疗联合尿激酶治疗，观察组采用高压氧联合小剂量尿激酶治疗，比较观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经对124例进展性脑梗死患者的治疗结果表明，观察组中总有效率为93.5%；对照组总效率为71.0%；比较两组患者数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用高压氧联合小剂量尿激酶治疗进展性脑梗死疗效显著优于常规治疗，因此，值得进一步在临床推广与应用。

Efficacy of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Small Dose of Urokinase in the Treatment of Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with small dose of urokinase in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Group selection to review the methods selected in our hospital in January 2014 to December 2015 124 cases in cerebral infarction patient data, divided for 2 groups,62 cases in each groups Patients in con-trol group were treated with routine treatment combined with urokinase in treatment, the observation group with hyperbaric oxygen combined with small dose of urokinase in the treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were com-pared. Results The treatment of 124 cases of progressive cerebral infarction patients results show, in the observation group, the total efficiency was 93.5%;control group, the total efficiency of 71.0%, were compared between the two groups data dif-ference significantly (P﹤0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with small dose of uroki-nase in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction was significantly better than the conventional treatment, so it is wor-thy of further clinical application and promotion.
