延续护理干预在哮喘患者中的实施效果评价

目的：评价给予哮喘患者延续性护理干预的效果。方法方便选取2014年12月—2015年12月该院接收治疗的哮喘患者90例作为研究对象，分为观察组与对照组，各45例，对照组实施常规性的护理模式，观察组除了实施常规性的护理模式，出院后再给予延续性护理干预，观察两组护理效果。结果随访护理后1、3、6个月，观察组患者的ACT评分分别为(17.1±2.5)分、(21.2±4.2)分、(22.4±3.6)分，对照组分别为(15.8±3.1)分、(15.7±2.1)分、(15.3±3.2)分，观察组明显高于对照组，出院3个月后，观察组SGRQ评分中活动受限、症状、疾病影响评分均低于对照组，且出院6个月后，观察组肺功能改善情况明显比对照组优越，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在哮喘患者中实施延续护理能够实现良好的临床效果，提升治疗效果，使患者病情得到有效缓解、控制，使患者生活质量得到有效改善，具有一定的临床应用价值。

Continuation of the Nursing Intervention Effect Evaluation in Patients with Asthma

Objective To analysis give continuity is the effect of nursing intervention in patients with asthma. Methods Convenient selection to choose between December 2014 to December 2015, our hospital to receive treatment of 90 cases of patients with asthma as the research object, divided into two groups, observation and control all 45 cases, control group rou-tine nursing mode, nursing, observation group after discharge to give continuity observed two groups of nursing effect. Re-sults Follow-up care after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, the observation group of patients with ACT score, respectively (17.1±2.5), (21.2±4.2), (22.4±3.6) and control group respectively(15.8±3.1), (15.7±2.1), (15.3±3.2), the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the hospital after 3 months, the observation group limited activities in SGRQ scores, symptoms, disease affect scores were lower than the control group, and 6 months after discharge, and group of lung function was observed obviously superior than the control group, two groups compare the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P< 0.05). Conclusion In patients with asthma continue nursing can achieve good clinical effect, improve the treat-ment effect, alleviate the patients effectively, control, and effectively improve patient quality of life, and promote the use of value.
