老年肺结核的临床特点分析

目的：分析老年肺结核的临床特点与治疗效果，为提高老年结核病的诊治水平提供参考。方法方便选取2012年2月—2014年3月该院收治的新发、初治老年结核病患者120例，回顾性分析患者的临床表现、实验室检查、X线胸片检查与治疗总有效率。结果120例老年肺结核患者治疗总有效率为81.7%。结论老年肺结核临床表现不典型，且合并症较多，因而提倡个性化治疗，以提高治疗效果。

Clinical Characteristics of Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to provide reference for improving the level of diagnosis and total effective rate. Methods Convenient selection 120 cases of elderly patients with tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015, were retrospectively analyzed, including the clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, chest X-ray examination and therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate was 81.7% in 120 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion The clinical manifestation of senile pulmonary tuberculosis is not typical, and there are many complications, so personalized therapy is advocated to improve the treatment effect.
