CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血临床研究

摘    要:目的:探究、CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年2月—2015年2月收治的170例高血压基底节脑出血患者,按照患者住院的先后顺序,分成观察组和对照组,各85例。观察组通过CT定位下微创穿刺治疗,对照组给予常规开颅血肿清除术治疗,对比两组病死率及治疗前后GCS评分差异。结果观察组病死率4.71%(4/85),对照组病死率7.06%(6/85),组间比较差异无统计学意义,P﹥0.05。观察组患者治疗前GCS评分(7.09±2.38)分,治疗后为(9.83±2.34)分;对照组患者治疗前GCS评分(6.22±2.74)分,治疗后为(8.35±3.61)分;两组治疗前GCS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论高血压基底节脑出血,经CT定位下微创穿刺治疗,临床效果较佳,具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Study of Minimally Invasive Puncture in the Treatment of Hyper-tensive Basal Ganglia Hemorrhage by CT
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive puncture in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage by CT. Methods Convenient selection 170 cases of hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 in were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization, each of 85 cases. Observation group by CT minimally invasive puncture treatment, the control group was given conventional craniotomy hematoma removal treatment, compared with the two groups of clinical results. Results The mortality rate of the observation group was 4.71% (4/85), the control group was 7.06% (6/85), the difference was not statistically significant, the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05. The observation group of patients be-fore treatment GCS score (7.09±2.38), after treatment for (9.83±2.34); the control group of patients before treatment GCS score (6.22 ±2.74), after treatment for (8.35 ±3.61); GCS score was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05) treatment. After the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant Conclusion Hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage, minimal-ly invasive puncture treatment by CT, the clinical effect is better, has important clinical value.
