彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤的临床价值分析

目的：探析彩色多普勒超声用于诊断甲状腺肿瘤的临床价值。方法整群选取2014年1月一2016年2月期间在该院诊治的78例甲状腺肿瘤患者,所有患者均给予彩色超声检查,回顾性分析超声检查与病理诊断结果。结果该组78例患者中,27例为多发性结节,51例为单发性结节；其中良性肿瘤者54例,良性患者中38例囊性病变,8例结节性甲状腺肿,6例亚急性甲状腺炎,2例甲状腺囊肿,24例患者为恶性肿瘤。有1例超声诊断为结节性甲状腺肿,经病理证实为甲状腺癌,超声符合率为(77/78）98.72%；高频超声对恶性肿瘤血流信号的检出率比较高。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤的价值高,且无创,患者易于接受,也为恶性肿瘤治疗提供有效信息,值得推广。

The Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnosis of Thyroid Can-cer Analysis

Objective Analysis of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm used.Methods Group select Jan-uary 2014 to 2016 during February in 78 cases of thyroid cancer patients in our hospital, all patients were given color Doppler ultrasound examination, ultrasound examination were analyzed retrospectively and pathological diagnosis.Results The 78 patients, 27 cases of multiple nodules, 51 cases of solitary nodule; wherein benign in 54 cases, 38 cases of patients with benign cystic lesion, 8 cases of nodular goiter, 6 Asia acute thyroiditis, two cases of thyroid cysts, 24 patients malig-nant tumors. 1 Ultrasound diagnosis of nodular goiter, thyroid cancer confirmed by pathology, ultrasound coincidence rate (77/78) 98.72%; high-frequency ultrasound detection rate of malignant tumor blood flow is relatively high.Conclusion High value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid cancer, and non-invasive, easily accepted by patients, but also pro-vide useful information for the treatment of malignant tumors, it is worth promoting.
