CT血管造影应用于脑血管疾病诊断与治疗的临床分析

目的：探讨CT血管造影应用于脑血管疾病诊治中的临床价值。方法方便选取2015年11月—2016年6月期间60例因神经系统症状在该院就诊的疑似脑血管病变患者作为此次研究的对象,采用多层螺旋CT血管造影技术对患者脑血管进行检查,对CT血管造影图像进行处理和分析,并快速作出诊断。结果 CT血管造影对大脑各动脉的显影率均达到100%,60例疑似脑血管病变患者中,经确诊,共有27例患者存在脑血管病变,CT血管造影对脑血管病变的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为92.59%、90.91%、91.67%,与确诊结果之间具有良好的一致性。结论在脑血管病变的临床诊治过程中,可在初筛、紧急或无条件进行全脑血管造影检查等情况下,采取CT血管造影技术进行快速诊断,能对脑血管病变有效检出,诊断价值较高。

The Analysis of CT Angiography in Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Blood Vessels

Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral vascu-lar diseases. Methods Convenient selection in November 2015 to June 2016, 60 cases of the brain vascular lesions patients who with nervous system symptoms suspected in our hospital were selected as the research object, the multi-slice spiral CT angiography technique was taken to check on patient's skull, the CT angiography images were dealt and analyzed, and the diagnosis result was made quickly. Results CT angiography of the brain artery visualization rate reached 100%, 60 cases of suspected patients with cerebral vascular disease, a total of 27 cases of patients with cerebrovascular disease were con-firmed, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CT angiography on cerebrovascular disease in the diagnostic were 92.59%, 90.91%, 91.67%, and diagnosis results had good consistency. Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral vascular disease, the CT angiography technique can be quickly diagnosed in the case of primary screening, emergency or no condition for the whole cerebral angiography, and the value of diagnosis is high.
