中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2013年11月—2015年11月收治的幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡患者76例，随机分为两组，各38例。对照组给予标准三联疗法治疗，观察组在此基础上结合中药治疗，对比两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为97.37%，幽门螺杆菌根除率为97.37%，均高于对照组的73.68%和76.32%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为5.26%，低于对照组的23.68%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡可提高疗效，根除幽门螺杆菌，减少不良反应。

The Clinical Research of the Helicobacter Pylori Infection Dependency Pep-tic Ulcer Treated by Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the helicobacter pylori infection dependency peptic ulcer treated by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. Methods Group selected 76 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori infection dependency peptic ulcer at our hospital from November, 2013 to November, 2015, to randomly divided into two groups, each 38 cases. The control group was treated by standard triple therapy, and the treatment group was treated combination of the chinese herbs based on on this basis, to compared the treatment effect of them. Results In the observa-tion group, the total effective rate was 97.37% and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate was 97.37%, higher than the control group of 73.68%and 76.32%, and the difference is significant (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observa-tion group was 5.26%, which was lower than that of the control group of 23.68%, the difference was significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion That able to improve the treatment effect of the helicobacter pylori infection dependency peptic ulcer treated by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine, eradication of helicobacter pylori and reduce the adverse reaction.
