研究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术应用的相关问题分析

目的：研究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术应用的相关问题。方法方便选取2014年1月—2015年1月期间，于该院接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者80例，随机分为对照组与观察组，各40例，对照组采用开腹手术与缝合治疗，观察组患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与改进后的缝合方式进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后，观察组患者的手术时间时间为(39.6±82.5)min、术中出血量为(135.4±16.5)mL、术后粘连率为22.5%，对照组分别为(44.5±137.8)min、(213.6±24.9)mL、7.5%，观察组治疗后的各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)是子宫肌瘤临床治疗中最有效的一种方法，该手术具备创伤小、术野清晰、失血少、切口美观以及术后恢复速度快等多种优势，值得在子宫肌瘤临床治疗中推广和应用。

Study the Related Problems of the Application of Laparoscopic Uterine Fi-broids Rejecting Operation Analysis

Objective To study the related problems of the application of laparoscopic uterine fibroids rejecting operation. Methods Convenient select 11 years in January 2014 — January 2015, in our hospital 80 cases of in patients undergoing laparoscopic uterine fibroids out surgery, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the 40 cases, control group treated with open operation and suture, observation group were treated by laparoscopic uterine fibroids reject-ing operation treated with modified suture method, to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the observation group of patients with operation time for (39.6±82.5) min, intraoperative blood loss for (135.4± 16.5)mL, postoperative adhesion rate was 22.5%, the control group (44.5±137.8) min, (213.6±24.9)mL, 7.5%respectively, each index of observation group after treatment were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The palace cavity mirror myoma eliminating technique (LM) is one of the most effective in clinical treatment of uterine fi-broids ways, the surgery with small trauma, clear operation field, less blood loss, beautiful incision and fast recovery, and other advantages, is worth popularization and application in clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.
