个性化心理护理对人工髋关节置换围手术期患者影响研究

目的：个性化心理护理在进行人工髋关节置换术围术期患者中的干预效果进行调查。方法整群选择该院2013年10月—2015年10月间收治的84例进行人工髋关节置换术的患者，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用个性化心理护理干预，比较两组患者护理后的心理状态、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果观察组患者焦虑、抑郁症状明显好于对照组，疼痛轻于对照组，观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论个性化心理护理能够帮助患者改善不良的心理状态，提升患者生活质量，同时还能够缓和护患关系。

Study on Individualized Psychological Nursing on Perioperative Patients of Artificial Hip Replacement Perioperative

Objective Individualized psychological nursing in hip arthroplasty perioperative intervention effect in patients undergoing the investigation. Results Patients with anxiety and depressive symptoms were significantly better than the control group, the pain is lighter than control group, the observa-tion and nursing satisfaction of patients in Ming Dynasty Significantly higher than the control group, there is obvious differ-ence, P< 0.05. Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing can help patients improve the bad mental state, improve the quality of life of patients, but also can ease the relationship between nurses and patients.
