探讨多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病对肺功能的影响

目的：探讨多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗慢阻肺对肺功能的影响。方法方便选取该院自2013年12月—2015年12月收治的慢阻肺患者48例，以随机分配法对患者进行分组处理，观察组及对照组患者均为24例。对照组患者单纯以多索茶碱进行治疗；观察组患者在多索茶碱治疗基础上联合噻托溴铵粉进行治疗，分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果①治疗总有效率比较：观察组为95.8%（23/24）；对照组为75%（18/24），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；②肺功能指标改善上：治疗后，以观察组患者的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC指标改善更显著，组间比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗慢阻肺临床效果显著，优于单项多索茶碱治疗。

Study of Doxofylline and Tiotropium Bromide Powder Combined with the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Effect on Lung Func-tion

Objective To investigate the effect of doxofylline and tiotropium bromide powder combined with the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effect on lung function. Methods In our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015, 48 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group and the control group were treated with 24 cases. The control group were treated with doxofylline treatment; observa-tion group patients in doxofylline treatment based on combined with thiazide tiotropium bromide powder treatment and analysis were compared between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results ①The total efficiency of treatment:observation group was 95.8%(23/24);control group was 75%(18/24), comparison between the two groups (P<0.05); ② pulmonary function improvement: after treatment, to observation group patients with FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC in-dex improved more significantly, the group is P < 0.05. Conclusion Doxofylline and tiotropium bromide powder combined treatment of COPD clinical effect significantly, better than the single doxofylline treatment.
