阿托伐他汀对慢性心衰治疗效果探讨

目的：通过评价阿托伐他汀对慢性心衰治疗效果，同时寻找改善慢性心衰病患临床指征的治疗药品。方法随机选择该院心血管内科2014年3月—2015年3月收取并予以全面诊治的92例慢性心衰病患，参照随机方案分成两个小组以后，每组46例，实验组以阿托伐他汀为选择进行治疗，对照组则接受一般心衰治疗，观察2组病患治疗效果、血浆B型钠尿肽水平以及左室的射血分数等指标，同时进行比较。结果实验组有效率93.48%(43/46)，对照组80.43%(37/46)(P﹤0.05)。结论基于慢性心衰病患，通过以阿托伐他汀为选择进行治疗有助于改善其临床指标，使之致病性细胞因子整体水平得到进一步控制，可推广。

Atorvastatin Effect of Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective Through the evaluation of effect of atorvastatin on chronic heart failure treatment, as well as search-ing for improving clinical indications in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients. Methods The author randomly se-lected in our hospital cardiovascular internal medicine in March 2014 to March 2015 charge and comprehensive treatment of 92 cases of chronic heart failure patients, with reference to random scheme is divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group, the experimental group with atorvastatin for choosing treatment, the control group received general heart failure treat-ment, observe two groups patients treatment, plasma b-type natriuretic peptide levels and left ventricular ejection fraction of indicators, such as comparison at the same time. Results The effective rate was 93.48%(43/46), while the control group 93.48% (37/46) (P< 0.05). Conclusion Based on the chronic heart failure patients, through the choice of atorvastatin treat-ment helps to improve the clinical indicators, make the pathogenic cells factor to further control the overall level, can be promoted.
