左乙拉西坦添加治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫患者的效果及对认知功能的影响

目的：探析左乙拉西坦添加治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫患者的效果及对认知功能的影响。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2015年12月收治的68例青年难治性部分性癫痫患者,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,各为34例,对照组采取苯巴比妥联合卡马西平治疗,治疗组在此基础上加左乙拉西坦治疗,比较两组治疗效果及对其认知功能的影响。结果治疗组总有效率73.53%与对照组50%比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05；治疗组MoCA评分(27.5±1.2)分与对照组(21.4±1.2)分比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论左乙拉西坦添加治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫患者的效果显著,显著改善患者认知功能,值得应用。

Levetiracetam add Effects to the Treatment of Young Patients with Refrac-tory Partial Epilepsy and its Influence on Cognitive Function

Objective To study the levetiracetam as adjunctive therapy in young patients with partial epilepsy refractory ef-fects and effects on cognitive function. Methods Group selection our hospital in January 2013-December 2015 were treat-ed 68 cases of young patients with refractory partial epilepsy, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 34 patients in the control group received phenobarbital joint card carbamazepine treatment group levetiracetam therapy, thera-peutic effects were compared and the effect on cognitive function. Results Treatment group, the total efficiency of 73.53%and 50%of the difference between the control group P<0.05;MoCA score in treatment group (27.5±1.2) points and the con-trol group (21.4±1.2) points difference the difference of the was statically significant P<0.05.Conclusion Levetiracetam ad-junctive therapy in patients with partial epilepsy youth refractory has significant effect, significantly improve cognitive func-tion in patients, that is worthy applications.
