经尿道前列腺切除术后常见并发症的预防及处理分析

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺切除术后常见并发症的预防及处理方法分析。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年1月在该院进行经尿道前列腺切除术的120例患者临床资料,分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,比较两组并发症发生率,并给予正确的预防及处理方法。结果对照组10例并发症,总发生率为15.5%,观察组3例并发症,总发生率为2.5%,组间比较如下：观察组：术中大量出血2例,1例经放置三腔单囊尿管,持续止血药物治疗,术后排尿通畅,未发生再出血；尿滞留1例,行前列腺电切术,术后治愈；对照组：尿失禁3例,行膀胱造萎术,术后治愈；尿潴留4例,行前列腺电切术,术后排尿通畅；尿道狭窄3例,定期尿道扩张2个月,排尿通畅。结论尿失禁﹑尿潴留﹑尿道狭窄是经尿道前列腺切除术后常见并发症,严格掌握手术指征,术中认真止血,及时有效处理可以避免严重后果。

Transurethral Resection of the Prostate Prevention and Treatment of Com-mon Complications after Analysis

Objective To evaluate the transurethral resection of the prostate prevention and treatment of common complica-tions after analysis. Methods Convenient selection combined with January 2015 - 2016 January in therr hospital for transurethral resection of the 120 cases of patients with clinical data, divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group, the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared and given correct methods of prevention and treatment.Results Control group, 10 cases of complications, the total incidence rate was 15.5%, and the ob-servation group, there were 3 cases of complications, the total incidence rate was 2.5%, and between the two groups as fol-lows: observation group: intraoperative massive hemorrhage in 2 cases, 1 case by placing three cavity single balloon catheter, sustained hemostasis drug treatment, after urination, no rebleeding; urinary retention in 1 case, underwent transurethral resection of the prostate TURP resection and postoperative cure;Control group: 3 cases of incontinence, blad-der made wilt operation, postoperative cure; 4 cases of urinary retention, underwent transurethral resection, postoperative voiding, urethral stricture in 3 cases, 2 months regular urethral dilatation micturition. Conclusion Urinary incontinence, uri-nary retention, urinary tract stenosis is a common complication after transurethral resection of the prostate, strictly grasp the surgical indications, intraoperative bleeding seriously, the timely and effective treatment can avoid severe consequences.
