Wnt2、dvl蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达和评价

目的：探究Wnt2、dvl蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法整群收集2014年12月—2015年12月该院确诊的食道鳞癌手术切除标本131例和131例健康食管组织标本，检测Wnt2、Dvl，分析与临床病理特征关系。结果在食管鳞癌组织中Wnt2及Dvl阳性率分别为89.3%和78.2%，正常食管组织中Wnt2及Dvl的阳性率分别为11.9%、8.6%，P<0.05。且有淋巴结转移组织阳性率较高。结论 Wnt2、Dvl蛋白的表达异常可能与食管鳞癌的发生及发展密切相关。

Expression and Evaluation of DVL and Wnt2 Protein in Esophageal Squa-mous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the Wnt2, DVL protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue expression and significance. Methods In December 2014 to December 2015 diagnosed esophageal carcinoma resection specimens of 131 cases and 131 healthy esophageal tissue specimens, detection of Wnt2 and DVL, analysis and clinical pathological features. Results In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) positive rate of Wnt2 and DVL were 89.3% and 78.2%, the positive rate of normal esophageal tissues Wnt2 and DVL were 11.9%8.6% P< 0.05. And lymph node metastasis tissue the positive rate is high. Conclusion Wnt2, the abnormal expression of Dvl protein may be closely related to the occurrence and devel-opment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
