重型颅脑损伤患者高压氧舱治疗的护理效果分析

目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者高压氧舱治疗的护理方法及效果。方法方便选取该院2012年3月—2014年8月重型颅脑损伤患者92例，两组患者均采取高压氧舱治疗，将其随机分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)，其中对照组患者采取常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上采取综合护理，比较两组患者的不良反应发生率、护理满意率以及治疗前后的GCS评分。结果治疗和护理前两组患者的GCS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)，观察组患者治疗和护理后，其GCS评分为(12.28±2.86)分，而且护理满意率以及不良反应发生率分别为97.83%和4.35%，数据均优于对照组患者(P﹤0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论高压氧舱治疗结合相应的综合性护理应用于重型颅脑损伤患者能够改善其昏迷症状，而且可降低不良反应发生率，提高护理满意率。

Nursing Experience of Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients Treated by Hyperbaric Oxygen

Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with severe cranio-cerebral injury. Methods Convenient select our hospital March 2012 to August 2014 severe craniocerebral injury patients in 92 cases, two groups of patients are taking hyperbaric oxygen treatment, were randomly assigned for control group (46 cases) and observation group (46 cases), the control group used routine nursing observed group of patients in the control group on the basis of take comprehensive nursing, compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions incidence, nursing satisfac-tion rate and before and after the treatment of GCS score. Results Before the treatment and nursing of two groups of patients with GCS score difference was not significant (P> 0.05), were observed after the treatment and nursing of patient group, the GCS score for (12.28 ± 286), and nursing satisfaction rate and adverse reaction occurred rate was 97.83% and 4.35% re-spectively. Data were better than those of the patients in contrast group (P<0.05) the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment combined with the corresponding comprehensive nursing in severe craniocerebral injury patients can improve the symptoms in a coma, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve nursing satisfaction rate.
