左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片对甲减患者甲状腺激素变化的影响

目的：研究左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片对甲减患者甲状腺激素变化的影响。方法整群选取从2013年5月—2016年1月，于该院进行诊治的甲减患者86例。以数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。给予两组患者甲状腺片治疗，观察组在此基础上加用左甲状腺素钠。对比两组疗效以及促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平。结果观察组显效人数占比以及总有效分别为65.12%、95.35%，显著高于对照组的41.86%、79.07%。观察组TSH、CHOL、TG水平分别显著低于对照组；而FT3、FT4水平分别明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片临床治疗甲减患者疗效显著，能有效缓解患者痛苦，促进患者早日康复，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Levothyroxine Sodium Combined with Thyroid Tablets for the Changes of Thyroid Hormone in Patients with Hypothyroidism

Objective To study effect of levothyroxine sodium combined with Thyroid Tablets for the changes of thyroid hor-mone in patients with hypothyroidism. Methods Group selection from May 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital 86 cases of diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism. The numbers were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given Thyroid Tablets therapy, observation group based on the use of levothyroxine sodium. Comparison of two groups and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), total cholesterol (CHOL), three glycerol (TG), serum free three triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) level. Results In the observation group,effective ratio was 65.12%, the total effective ratio was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 41.86%, 79.07% . The observation group’s TSH, CHOL, TG levels was significantly lower than the control group. And FT4, FT3 levels was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (both P<0.05). Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablet in clinical treatment of hypothyroidism patients with obvious curative ef-fect, can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, and promote an early recovery of patients, good safety, it is worth of clini-cal application.
