宫腔镜检查后子宫内膜病理检查在子宫内膜病变诊断中的价值

目的：探讨宫腔镜检查后子宫内膜病理检查在子宫内膜病变诊断中的价值。方法方便选取回顾性分析2013年11月—2015年11月在该院宫腔镜检查后行诊断性刮宫或子宫内膜活检的330例患者临床病例资料，并比较分析宫腔镜下检查结果和病理检查结果的差异性。结果增生期子宫内膜并发腺体增生、子宫内膜炎和分泌期内膜患者在宫腔镜下厚度具有不同差异；分泌期内膜、子宫内膜炎和内膜癌患者其子宫息肉样病变的比例为29.7%、0.7%和0.0%。结论在宫腔镜检查后行子宫内膜病理检查有助于提高子宫内内膜疾病检查的准确性，可为以后的治疗提供参考依据。

After Hysteroscopy Endometrial Pathological Examination in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions

Objective Endometrial pathological examination in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions investigate after hys-teroscopy. Methods Convenient selection retrospective analysis November 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital under-went diagnostic hysteroscopy endometrial biopsy or curettage 330 patients with clinical data, and comparative analysis of the results under hysteroscopy and pathological findings differences.Results Concurrent endometrial hyperplasia gland hyperpla-sia, endometritis and secretory endometrium in patients with different thickness hysteroscopic difference; secretory en-dometrium, endometritis and endometrial cancer in the uterus uterine polypoid lesions the proportion was 29.7%, 0.7% and 0.0%. Conclusion In hysteroscopy underwent endometrial biopsy can help improve the accuracy of endometrial disease surveillance, can provide a reference for future treatment.
