辛伐他汀调节血脂的疗效分析

目的：探究辛伐他汀调节血脂的临床效果与安全性。方法方便收集2014年1月—2015年1月该院收治的80例血脂异常患者，将上述患者随机分为两组，对照组接受氟伐他汀治疗，观察组接受辛伐他汀治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗安全性。结果两组患者治疗后总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均显著优于治疗前水平，P﹤0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗后两组患者甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平差异无统计学意义，P>0.05；两组治疗有效率差异无统计学意义P>0.05，服药8周后，观察组低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇达标率（85.0%)与对照组（82.5%)相比差异无统计学意义P>0.05.两组患者不良反应情况相比，P>0.05，差异均无统计学意义。结论辛伐他汀调节血脂的疗效显著，安全、可靠，值得临床推广。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Simvastatin on Blood Lipid

Objective To explore the clinical effect of simvastatin on blood lipid. Methods 80cases of lipid abnormalities-from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospitalwere randomly divided into two groups, control group received fluvastatin treatment,observation group received simvastatin, compared clinical curative effect,treatment safety of two groups. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were signifi-cantly better than those of the level before treatment, P﹤ 0.05, with statistical significance; after treatment triglyceride, the patients in the two groups, the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol without significant difference, P> 0.05; the ef-fective rate in the treatment of the two groups had no significant difference, P > 0.05, after 8 weeks of dosing observed group of low density lipoprotein - cholesterol compliance rate (85%) had no significant difference compared with the control group (82.5%),P> 0.05. Two groups of patients with adverse reactions compared no significant difference, P> 0.05. Con-clusion Simvastatin is effective,safe and reliable,and worthy of clinical application.
