不同方式治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效对比

目的：研究非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死患者采用髓芯减压植骨联合多孔钽棒植入修复的临床效果。方法整群选取92例该院2014年1月—2015年1月期间收治的非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死患者，所有患者按随机数字表法分为两组各46例。其中46例患者单纯采用髓芯减压植骨术治疗作为对照组，另46例患者在上述基础上联合股动脉多孔钽棒植入修复作为观察组。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为95.65%、76.09%，观察组明显较高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死患者采用髓芯减压植骨术与多孔钽棒植入修复治疗效果较佳，治疗安全性较高，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Different Therapies in the Treatment of Non-traumatic Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective To compare the clinical effect of core decompression and porous tantalum rod insertion in patients with non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods Group selection 92 patients with non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head treated from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were ran-domly divided into two groups, 46 cases each group. The control group adopted the core decompression; the observation group adopted the core decompression and porous tantalum rod insertion. Results The total effective rate of observation group (95.65%) was significantly higher than that of control group (76.09%), The difference was statistically srqnificant(P<0.05). Conclusion The core decompression and porous tantalum rod insertion has a better effect and higher safety in pa-tients with non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head. It is worthy of clinical application.
