子宫动脉上行支结扎联合胎盘附着处浆肌层缝扎治疗产后出血观察

目的：探讨产后出血患者采用子宫动脉上行支结扎联合胎盘附着处浆肌层缝扎治疗的疗效。方法方便选取2013年10月—2015年10月该院行剖宫产且术中有出血倾向产妇50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组行常规止血；观察组于子宫动脉上行支结扎联合胎盘附着处浆肌层缝扎治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组产后出血量为（602.24±13.14）mL,血性恶露消失时间为（5.02±2.21）d,均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组产后出血率之间的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；经12个月随访,所有患者子宫及附件完全恢复,月经周期恢复正常。结论产后出血患者采用子宫动脉上行支结扎联合胎盘附着处浆肌层缝扎治疗可有效达到止血效果。

The Observation of Postpartum Hemorrhage Treated by Ligation for As-cending Branch of Uterine Artery Combine the Seromuscular Layer Trans-fixion of Adherence of the Placenta

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of postpartum hemorrhage treated by ligation for ascending branch of uterine artery combine the seromuscular layer transfixion of adherence of the placenta. Methods To selected 50 puerpera implemented the cesarean delivery and with the bleeding tendency at our hospital from October, 2013 to October, 2015, to randomly divided into two groups, each 25 cases. The control group was treated by routine hemostatic, the treatment group was treated by ligation for ascending branch of uterine artery combine the seromuscular layer transfixion of adherence of the placenta. To compared the treatment effect of them. Results Observation group of postpartum hemorrhage (602.24 ±13.14) ml, lochia rubra disappeared time for (5.02 ± 2.21) d were less than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); two groups of postpartum hemorrhage rate between different was not significant (P> 0.05); after 12 months of follow-up, all patients with uterine and accessories complete recovery, menstrual cycle returned to normal. Conclusion That able to reach the hemostatic effect of postpartum hemorrhage treated by ligation for ascending branch of uterine artery combine the seromuscular layer transfixion of adherence of the placenta.
