应用树脂型窝沟封闭剂行窝沟封闭术防龋的疗效分析

目的：探讨窝沟封闭术应用树脂型窝沟封闭剂的防龋效果。方法整群选取110例于2011年5月—2012年5月期间该院收治的新生牙均未见龋齿的儿童,选择儿童左侧上第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭为封闭组,而对侧同名牙不进行窝沟封闭为不封闭组,两组均有220颗牙,随访3年,观察封闭剂保留情况及两组龋齿发生情况。结果治疗后1年、2年、3年封闭剂完全保留率分别为97.7%、92.3%、88.7%；封闭组与未封闭组在1年的患龋率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2年、3年复查,封闭组患龋率明显低于未封闭组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窝沟封闭技术应用树脂型窝沟封闭剂保留率较高,且对6~8岁适龄儿童预防龋齿效果明显,具有推广价值。

Application of Resin Type Socket Channel Blocker Line Groove Curative Effect Observation of Closed Surgery Methods

Con-clusion Nest gully closed technology application type resin nest sealants retention rate is higher, and to school-age children 6 to 8 years old to prevent caries effect is obvious, has the promotion value.
