穴位按摩配合刮痧治疗产后缺乳的临床探讨

目的：观察穴位按摩配合刮痧护理措施对剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的影响。方法整群选取该院于2015年6—9月期间收治的78例剖宫娩产妇，按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组39例与干预组39例，常规组实行一般护理，干预组在一般护理基础上采用穴位按摩配合刮痧治疗，观察两组产妇产后48 h泌乳量。结果常规组产妇母乳较少所占比例为38.46%、母乳较多为41.03%，母乳充足为20.51%；干预组上述指标分别为5.13%、28.21%、66.67%。干预组母乳充足产妇例数多于常规组，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论针对剖宫娩产妇做好早接触早吸吮早开奶，向产妇做好母乳喂养优势知识宣教的同时，及早进行穴位按摩并配合中医刮痧治疗，能促进产妇产后泌乳量。

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Massage Combined with Scraping Treat-ment of Postpartum Hypogalactia
