胸腔镜治疗肺大泡合并自发性气胸134例临床刍议

目的：该研究旨在探讨胸腔镜微创手术在治疗肺大泡合并自发性气胸中的临床应用。方法整群选取134例于2014年1月—2016年1月入住该院诊治的肺大泡合并自发性气胸患者，依据患者的临床表现对其实施电视胸腔镜微创手术(VATS)，对患者临床治疗效果进行观察与分析。结果纳入该研究的134例患者无一例出现死亡，临床治愈率为100%。结论在治疗肺大泡合并自发性气胸过程中，电视胸腔镜手术具有良好的根治效果与较低的复发率，同时还具有切口小、痛苦少、住院时间短、恢复快等优点。经济有效的胸腔镜治疗手术值得临床上广泛应用与推广。

Thoracoscope Treatment of Pulmonary Bullae Merger 134 Cases Clinical Observatio-n of Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective This study was designed to investigate the clinical application of thoracoscope minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of pulmonary bullae of spontaneous pneumothorax combined. Methods Group select 134 cases in January 2014 - January 2016 admitted to our hospital for treatment of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax bulla com-bined, according to the clinical manifestations of minimally invasive surgery (VATS) to impose thoracoscope, patient clinical outcomes observation and analysis. Results This study included 134 patients, no case of death, the clinical cure rate was 100%. Conclusion In the treatment of bullae complicated by spontaneous process, thoracoscope has good curative effect and low relapse rate, but also has a small incision, less pain, shorter hospital stay and faster recovery and so on. Cost-effec-tive treatment of thoracic surgery worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
