肱骨近端骨折通过肱骨近端加压锁定钢板与传统钢板治疗的效果对比

目的：探讨肱骨近端骨折通过肱骨近端加压锁定钢板与传统钢板治疗的效果。方法研究该院2014年3月—2015年12月期间随机抽取的80例肱骨近端骨折患者,分为对照组与观察组各40例,其中对照组运用传统钢板治疗,观察组运用肱骨近端加压锁定钢板治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果在手术时长上,观察组(56.1±21.4)min显著少于对照组(74.6±31.5)min,P<0.05；在手术出血量上,观察组(187.6±35.7)mL显著少于对照组(271.9±38.2)mL, P<0.05；在骨折愈合时间上,观察组(98.8±24.7)d显著少于对照组(121.3±32.2)d,P<0.05；在治疗优良率上,观察组为87.5%,对照组为60%,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05；在术后并发症发生率上,观察组为5%,对照组为20%,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论肱骨近端骨折通过肱骨近端加压锁定钢板可以有效的减少手术创伤,减少并发症,提升恢复效果,患者接受度更高。

Proximal Humerus Fractures by Locking Plates and Plates of Traditional Therapeutic Effect of Contrast

Methods Research the hospital during March 2014 to December 2015 randomly selected 80 cases of humeral proxi-mal fractures were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the control group using tradi-tional plate in the treatment of, observation group were treated with the proximal humerus locking compression plate in the treatment of. Results There are significant differences surgery at the time of surgery, observation group (56.1 ±21.4) min were significantly less than that of the control group (74.6±31.5) min, P<0.05;in the amount of bleeding, observation group (18.76±35.7) mL was less than that of the control group (271.9± 38.2) mL, P< 0.05 in the fracture healing time, the observation group (98.8±24.7) d,was significantly lower than that of the control group (121.3±32.2)d, P< 0.05 in the treatment of excellent and good rate, the observation group was 87.5%, while the control group was 60%, group significant difference, P< 0.05. The postoperative complication incidence, the observation group was 5%, while the control group was 20%, group, P< 0.05. Conclusion The proximal humerus fractures of the proxi-mal humerus by locking plate can enhance recovery effect.
