循证护理在高血压脑出血并发症护理中的应用

目的：探讨循证护理在高血压脑出血并发症护理中的应用效果，旨在为临床护理提供参考依据。方法方便选取2014年11月―2015年11月在该院住院时采取循证护理服务的56例高血压脑出血患者作为循证组，同时选取采用常规护理服务的45例高血压脑出血患者作为常规组，并比较两组患者术后并发症发生率以及对护理服务满意度。结果循证组患者术后并发症发生率为3.6%，常规组患者术后并发症发生率为17.7%，循证组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05﹚；循证组患者对护理服务满意度为98.2%，常规组患者对护理服务满意度为88.9%，循证组患者对护理服务满意度显著优于常规组(P<0.05﹚，差异有统计学意义。结论循证护理服务有助于减少高血压脑出血患者术后并发症发生率以及提高患者对护理服务的满意度，该护理方式可作为临床高血压出血患者的首选护理方式。

Evidence-based Nursing Care in Hypertensive Intracerebral Bleeding Com-plications in the Application

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing care in hypertensive intracerebral bleeding com-plications in order to provide reference for clinical care. Methods Convenient selection 45 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage selected in November 2014―November 2015 when I was taken to hospital 56 cases of evidence-based care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage as the evidence-based group, select both conventional care and services as a regular group and to compare the incidence of postoperative complications as well as patient satisfaction with care. Results Evi-dence-based group postoperative complication rate was 3.6%, routine postoperative complication rate was 17.7%, incidence of postoperative complications in patients with evidence-based group was significantly lower than conventional group (P<0.05); evidence-based patients nursing service satisfaction 98.2%, routine care for patients satisfaction was 88.9%, evi-dence-based services patients' satisfaction was significantly better than conventional care group (P<0.05)The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Evidence-based care can help reduce hypertension incidence of postoperative complica-tions in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and increased patient satisfaction with care, and the care approach as the preferred way of clinical care of patients with hypertensive hemorrhage.
