腹腔镜下全子宫切除术与开腹全子宫切除术的比较分析

目的：探索安全、有效、创伤小的全子宫切除术的手术方式。方法整群选取2013年1月―2014年8月在该院住院符合全子宫切除术指征患者167例，随机分成两组，一组为参照组84例，行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术(TLH﹚，另一组为对照组83例，行开腹全子宫切除术(TAH﹚，分析两组的手术疗效和并发症发生情况。结果TLH组在术中出血量(96.27±13.5﹚mL、下床活动时间(32.6±5.5﹚h、肛门排气时间(25.6±2.6﹚h、住院时间(7.0±1.2﹚d、使用镇痛药物情况明显优于TAH组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01﹚。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术安全、有效，值得广泛应用和推广。

Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy and Open Total Hysterectomy Compara-tive analysis

Objective To explore the safe, effective and small total hysterectomy invasive ways to perform operations. Methods Group selection will be January 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital ,the patients with total hysterectomy indica-tions of 167 cases randomly divided into two groups, one group as the control group, line of total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH), another group as control group, the whole line laparotomy hysterectomy (TAH), analysis of the two groups of surgical curative effect and complications. Results In TLH group, intraoperative blood loss(96.27±13.5﹚mL, ambulation time(32.6± 5.5﹚h, anus exhaust time(25.6±2.6﹚h, length of hospital stay(7.0±1.2﹚d, use of analgesic drugs is better than TAH group (P<0.01)the difference was statisti cally stgwificant. Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy is safe, effective, and worthy of wide application and promotion.
