妥泰作为添加药治疗儿童难治性癫痫61例临床疗效分析

目的：考察妥泰作为添加药在儿童难治性癫痫治疗中的的相对疗效及安全性。方法方便选取并回顾性分析2013年7月—2015年7月该院接受检查的61例儿童难治性癫痫患者,采用自身对照法对患者进行妥泰添加治疗,治疗前12周的发作频度为基础,分别在添加妥泰治疗后8周、12周、6个月及1年对患者进行连续性观察,比较患者前后发作频度。结果患者在添加妥泰治疗后,癫痫总发作频度下降显著,发作频度下降66.09%(P<0.01)；同时添加妥泰治疗后,总有效率提高明显,1年后总有效率为81.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以妥泰作为添加药对治疗儿童难治性癫痫安全有效,耐受性好,安全有效,为较好的治疗方法。

Clinical Analysis of theTreating Effect of Topamax as Additive Drug Thera-py on 61 Cases of Children with Refractory Epilepsy

Objective Discussion the efficacy and safety of topiramateas additive drug for the treatment of children with re-fractory epilepsy. Methods Convenient selection a retrospective analysis from July 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital for ex-amination of 61 cases of children with refractory epilepsy, performed using self-control method to add topiramate treatment to 12 weeks before treatment based on seizure frequency, adding Topamax 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months and 1 year, the fre-quency of seizures in patients before and after treatment. Results The total seizure frequency and treatment of patients with decreased baseline epilepsy, seizure frequency decreased 65.09%(P<0.01); after addition of topiramate treatment, the total efficiency has significantly improved after 1 year total effective rate 81.00% (P<0. 05),the difference was statistically sig-nificant. Conclusion Topamax as an additive drug treatment of children with refractory epilepsy is safe and effective, well tolerated and is worthy of promotion and application.
