腹腔镜小儿疝修补术后护理干预对减少术后并发症的效果分析

目的：分析行腹腔镜下小儿疝修补术患儿术后实施护理干预对减少术后并发症的效果。方法随机选取该院2015年3月—2016年2月收治的行腹腔镜小儿疝修补术患儿64例，根据患儿入院先后顺序分为实验组与对照组，各32例，实验组实施术后系统护理干预，对照组实施常规基础护理，比较两组术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组无痛比例为75.0%，显著高于对照组的46.9%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为6.25%，显著低于对照组的25.0%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；实验组护理满意度为96.9%，显著高于对照组的81.3%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜下小儿疝修补术患儿术后实施护理干预，可显著降低并发症发生率，减轻患者的疼痛程度，提高护理质量。

Observation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Reducing Postoperative Complications after Laparoscopic Hernia Repair in Children

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on reducing postoperative complications in children under-going laparoscopic repair of pediatric hernia. Methods Selected 64 cases of pediatric laparoscopic hernia repair in children with implementation since March 2015 to February 2016 . According to children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=32), the experimental group was given systematic nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine nursing care. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results Ex-perimental group was 75%, significantly higher than the control group of 46.9% (P< 0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.25%, significantly lower than the control group of 25% the difference was stotistically stg-nificant (P < 0.05); the experimental group nursing satisfaction was 96.9%, significantly higher than the control group of 81.3%the difference was stotistically stgnificant (P<0.05). Conclusion To carry out nursing intervention for children with laparoscopic hernia repair in children can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of nursing.
