咪唑安定联合异丙酚在老年人单侧下肢手术联合镇静麻醉效果

目的：分析咪唑安定联合异丙酚在老年人单侧下肢手术联合镇静麻醉效果。方法回顾随机选取2015年3月一2016年3月于该院接受单侧下肢手术医治的100例老年患者临床资料，依据不同的麻醉药物，分设研究组(55例)与对照组(45例)，对照组行异丙酚麻醉，研究组行咪唑安定复合异丙酚麻醉，比对两组各时间点MAP与HR水平、镇静期Ramasy评分以及镇静情况。结果研究组T2时MAP(78.51±9.70)mm/Hg、HR(67.25±4.60)次/min水平与T1(96.40±8.31)mm/Hg、(72.20±5.51)次/min比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，研究组T2时MAP(78.51±9.70)mm/Hg、HR(67.25±4.60)次/min水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；镇静后研究组Ramasy评分优于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组回答时间、清醒时间、拔管时间以及肌松药量优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论单侧下肢手术时行咪唑安定复合异丙酚麻醉，其麻醉效果佳，恢复清醒以及麻醉起效快。

Midazolam and Propofol in Elderly Unilateral Lower Limb Surgery with Sedation Anesthesia

Objective Analysis of midazolam and propofol in elderly unilateral lower limb surgery with sedation anesthesia. Methods Random selected in March 2015-March 2016 in our hospital for treatment of unilateral lower limb surgery 100 cases of elderly patients with clinical data, according to different anesthetic drugs, is divided into study group (55 cases) and control group (45 cases) and control row propofol, midazolam study group underwent propofol anesthesia, compared the two groups at each time point MAP and HR level, sedation and sedation score of Ramasy situation. Results Study Group T2 when MAP (78.51 ± 9.70) mm/Hg, HR (67.25 ± 4.60) times/min levels T1 (96.40 ± 8.31) mm/Hg, (72.20 ± 5.51) times/min, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the study group at T2 MAP(78.51 ± 9.70) mm/Hg, HR (67.25 ± 4.60) times/min levels lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant comparison(P<0.05); after sedation research group Ramasy scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the study group answer time, wake time, extubation time and muscle relaxants amount than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05) .Conclusion When unilateral lower limb surgery line midazolam and propofol anesthesia, the anesthetic effect of good, sober recovery and rapid onset of anesthesia.
