腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术的麻醉观察

目的：探讨腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术中麻醉应用效果。方法方便选取2014年11月—2016年2月该院收治的90例老年患者行股骨颈骨折术作为研究对象，按照患者入院顺序将其分成治疗组和对照组，各45例。其中对照组患者采取全身麻醉，治疗组患者采用腰硬联合麻醉，比较两组患者麻醉效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者镇痛效果总有效率为95.6%，对照组患者镇痛效果总有效率为91.1%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗组患者不良反应发生率为8.9%明显低于对照组患者的15.6%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在股骨颈骨折术中均具有较好的镇痛效果，但腰硬联合麻醉不良反应发生率低。

Waist Hard Joint Anesthesia and General Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery Anesthesia

Objective To explore the waist hard joint anesthesia and general anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery anesthesia effect. Methods Convenient select in November 2014—February 2014, our hospital 90 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery as the research object, in patients admitted to hospital order will be divided into the treatment group and control group, 45 cases each. The control group patients to take general anesthesia, treatment group were treated by waist hard joint anesthesia, compared two groups of patients anesthesia effects, and the in-cidence of adverse reactions. Results The analgesic effect of the total effective rate was 95.6% in treatment group patients, control group patients with analgesic effect of the total effective rate was 91.1%, there was no statistically significant differ-ence (P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.9% in treatment group patients significantly lower than the con-trol group 15.6% of the patients, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion The waist hard joint anesthesia and general anesthesia in femoral neck fracture surgery has a better analgesic effect, but the incidence of adverse reactions of low waist hard joint anesthesia.
