关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤61例疗效分析

目的：探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的临床疗效。方法以2015年9月—2016年2月该院收治的膝关节软骨损伤患者122例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各61例。其中对照组给予关节清理术，观察组给予关节镜下微骨折术。观察两组的有效率。结果对照组显效24例（39.34%)，总有效率为70.49%；观察组显效38例（62.30%)，总有效率为90.17%。两组数据进行比较，观察组总有效率明显优于对照组（χ2=10.30，P﹤0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论膝关节软骨损伤行关节镜下微骨折术治疗，在改善患者膝关节功能方面具有较好的效果。且方法操作简便、安全性较高，术后并发症少，能够有效提高患者的生活质量。因此，该方法值得广泛推广。

Analysis of Treatment of Knee Cartilage Injury Efficacy 61 Cases Mi-crofracture Surgery

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic micro-fracture surgery treatment of knee cartilage injury. Methods 122 cases of knee cartilage injury in our hospital from September 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 61 cases in each group. The control group was treated with joint debridement, the observation group was treated with arthroscopic micro fracture surgery. Observed the efficiency of the two groups. Results In control group were cured 24 cases (39.34%), the total effective rate was 70.49%; the observation group were cured 38 cases (62.30%), the total effective rate was 90.17%.We compared two sets of data, the total effective of the observation group were better than the control group (χ2 = 10.30, P ﹤0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Arthroscopic microfracture treatment of articular cartilage damage have good results in improving the patient's knee joint function. And that method is simple and safe,moreover, it has few complications. It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore, that method is worth promoting.
