玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核修复重度牙体缺损的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:研究玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核修复重度牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法方便选取2013年3月—2015年5月该院收治的牙体严重缺损(前牙)患者78例(130颗牙)为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用钴铬合金桩核修复,观察组采用玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂核桩修复,比较两组疗效、并发症率、治疗后复诊周期及满意度。结果观察组牙体修复总有效率为94.9%明显高于对照组79.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.1%较对照组23.1%低(P<0.05);观察组复诊周期(2.56±0.05)周与对照组比较明显较短(P<0.05),观察组满意度评分(89.76±2.16)分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核修复牙体严重缺损效果较好,可降低并发症发生率,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Glass Fiber Reinforced Composite Resin Post and Core in the Repair of Severe Tooth Defect
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of glass fiber enhanced composite resin post core in restoration of severe tooth de-fect of the clinical efficacy. Methods Convenient select admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to May 2015 the serious tooth defect (anterior) 78 cases of patients (130 teeth) as the research object, the random number table method were divided into control group and observation group, each group of 39 cases, patients in control group were treated with cobalt chromi-um alloy cast post and core in the restoration, the observation group used glass fiber enhanced composite resin post core restoration, compared two groups of efficacy, complications, treatment after referral cycle and satisfaction. Results In the observation group dental restoration, the total effective rate was 94.9% was significantly higher than that of control group (79.5%), and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); observation group, the complication rate of 5.1% com-pared with the control group 23.1% lower (P< 0.05); observation group referral cycle (2.56±0.05) weeks and compared to the control group was significantly shorter (P< 0.05) observed group satisfaction score of (89.76 ±2.16) points higher than those of the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The glass fiber reinforced composite resin post and core can be used in clinical application. It can reduce the incidence rate of complications, and can reduce the incidence of complications.
