针灸结合康复技术治疗肩周炎的临床分析

目的：探讨针灸结合康复技术治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2012年10月—2015年9月收治的73例肩周炎患者，随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=33)，观察组采用针灸结合康复技术治疗，对照组采用针灸治疗，对比两组的总有效率、VAS疼痛评分。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%(39/40)，对照组的总有效率为78.79%(26/33)，观察组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；两组治疗后的VAS评分分别为(2.56±0.13)、(4.30±0.28)，均低于治疗前的(8.01±1.87)、(7.99±1.89)分，差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；观察组治疗后的VAS评分为(2.56±0.13)分低于对照组的(4.30±0.28)分，差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论针灸结合康复技术可有效缓解患者的疼痛，改善患者的肩关节功能，疗效显著，具有较高的应用价值。

Clinical Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Technique in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods Convenient selection 73 patients with periarthritis of shoulder in our hospital from October 2012—September 2015 were selected, they were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=33). The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique, and the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.We compared the total effective rate of the two groups, VAS pain score. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%(39/40), the total effective rate of control group was 78.79%(26/33), the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); after treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were (2.56 ±0.13)、(4.30 ±0.28)score, were lower than those before treatment (8.01 ±1.87)、(7.99 ±1.89)score, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); after treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was (2.56 ±0.13)score was lower than that of the control group (4.30 ±0.28)score, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technology can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, improve the patient's shoulder function, the effect is significant, and has high application value.
