急诊心肺复苏效果评估及分析

目的：对急诊心肺复苏效果评估。方法于2010年6月—2012年6月方便选取该院急诊科120例呼吸心跳骤停患者行使心肺复苏人工通气治疗,分析4种人工通气方法对患者复苏情况影响。结果30例气囊面罩患者中,通气管无效率为80.00%,5 min内成功建立人工气道率为16.67%,30例气管插管患者中,通气无效率为26.67%,5 min内成功建立人工气道率为16.67%,30例气管切开患者中,通气无效率为46.67%,5 min内成功建立人工气道率为33.33%,30例可视喉镜下气管插管中,无效率为10.00%,5 min内成功建立人工气道率为56.67%。结论心肺复苏在呼吸心跳骤停患者中效果显著。

Evaluation and Analysis of Emergency Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Objective To explore the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency department. Methods Convenient selection from June 2010 to June 2012 in the emergency department of our hospital, 120 cases of patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest exercise cardiopulmonary resuscitation artificial ventilation in the treatment of four kinds of artificial ven-tilation on the patients recovery effect. Results In 30 patients with mask of the airbag, a breather pipe no rate was 80.00%, 5 minutes successfully established artificial airway rate was 16.67%, 30 cases of patients with tracheal intubation and ven-tilation were invalid rate is 26.67%, 5 minutes successfully established artificial airway rate was 16.67%, 30 cases of tra-cheotomy patients, gas no effective rate was 46.67%, 5 minutes successfully established artificial airway rate was 33.33%, 30 cases of video laryngoscope tracheal intubation without efficiency is 10.00%, 5 minutes successfully established artificial airway rate is 56.67%. Conclusion Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is effective in patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest.
