胃癌组织中Survivin的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨Survivin蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达极其意义。方法选取正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织及胃癌组织各40例,均取材于该院2015年1月—2016年1月胃肠外科行胃癌切除术后的组织,采用免疫组化染色超敏2步法(SP染色)检测各组标本中Survivin的表达。灰度值越高,表示Survivin表达越少。结果 Survivin在胃癌组织、癌旁组织、正常胃黏膜组织中的表达呈逐渐降低趋势[(204.68±11.46)vs(270.50±12.20)vs(424.32±13.78),P﹤0.05],Survivin蛋白表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、TNM分期及组织学类型相关[(199.52±12.22)vs(214.63±13.40)、(198.71±12.44)vs (206.76±11.98)、(214.43±14.65)vs(192.38±11.29)(P<0.05)]。与胃癌患者性别、年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Survivin在胃癌中过度表达,其表达与胃癌的临床病理特征紧密相关,这对于胃癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后判断具有重要意义。

Expression Changes of Survivin Protein in Gastric Cancer and the Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the expression changes of survivin protein in the gastric cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of survivinnormal gastric mucosa tissue, pericarcinomatous, gastric cancer tissue with 40 cases each group in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 Gastric cancerresection,and the tissuewas measured by immunohistochemistry and we analyzed their relationships with the clinical and pathological data.The more the grey val-ue, the lessexpression of survivin protein level.Results The expression of survivin protein level was gradual downward trend in gastric cancer tissues , pericarcinomatous tissue and normal gastric mucosa tissue [(204.68 ±11.46 )vs (270.50 ± 12.20)vs (424.32 ± 13.78),all P﹤0.05]. The expression of survivin protein of gastric cancer was significantly related with lymph node metastasis , TNM stage and the degree of differentiation and histological type [(199.52 ±12.22)vs (214.63 ± 13.40)、(198.71±12.44)vs (206.76±11.98)、(214.43±14.65)vs(192.38±11.29)(all P<0.05)]. The expression of survivin pro-tein of gastric cancer was not significantly related with gender, age (P>0.05). Conclusion Survivin may be participated the whole course of carcinogenesis of gastric cancer, which might be valuable for the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
