经后路责任节段减压、长节段矫形固定融合治疗退变性腰椎侧凸分析

目的：分析经后路责任节段减压、长节段矫形固定融合治疗退变性腰椎侧凸（DLS）临床效果。方法整群选取该院于2010年3月—2013年7月收治的DLS患者54例，均采取经后路责任阶段减压、长节段矫形固定融合治疗，观察临床效果。结果术后3个月、末次随访结果显示JOA评分、VSA评分、矢状面腰椎前凸角、冠状面Cobb角、矢状位失衡及冠状位失衡水平均优于术前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论经后路责任节段减压、长节段矫形固定融合治疗退变性腰椎侧凸效果较好，并发症较轻。

Posterior Segmental Decompression and Long Segmental Fixation of Fusion for Degenerative Lumbar Scoliosis

Objective Analysis of posterior segmental decompression and long segmental fixation and fusion in treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis (DLS) clinical effect.Methods Group selection 54 cases of DLS from March 2010 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected, all of which were treated by posterior decompression and long segmental fixation and fusion, and the clinical effect was observed.Results After 3 months, at the end of the follow-up results show the JOA score, VSA score, sagittal plane lumbar lordosis, coronal Cobb angle, sagittal bit imbalance and coronal imbalance level were better than preoperation, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Posterior segmental decompression and long segmental fixation and fusion in treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis is better, with less complications.
