摘 要: | 目的:探讨硫酸镁和低分子肝素治疗早发型子痫前期的临床效果。方法随机选自2012年4月—2015年5月于该院进行治疗的60例早发型子痫前期患者,按照入院先后顺序分为2组,分别给予单一硫酸镁治疗(对照组)和硫酸镁联合低分子肝素治疗(观察组),将2组患者治疗前后的平均动脉压及24 h尿蛋白定量,并对比两组患者及围产儿的结局。结果对照组和观察组治疗前的平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白定量及治疗后的胎窘发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的平均动脉压(110.32±10.24)mmHg、24 h尿蛋白定量(1.05±0.12)mmHg、剖宫产率6.67%、新生儿窒息率3.33%及围产儿死亡率0.00%较对照组更具有优势(P﹤0.05)。结论硫酸镁和低分子肝素治疗早发型子痫前期效果显著,不仅能够有效改善患者的临床症状,同时还对改善母婴结局具有重要作用,值得推广并借鉴。

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Magnesium Sulfate and Low Molecular Weight Heparin in Early Onset Preeclampsia |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of low molecular weight heparin and Magnesium Sulfate early onset preeclampsia effect.Methods Randomly selected from April 2012 to March 2015 treatment of 60 cases of early onset severe preeclampsia,according to the sequence of admission were divided into two groups, respectively,single magnesium sulfate (control group)and magnesium sulfate combined with low molecular weight heparin treatment (observation group),the mean arterial pressure and 24 h urinary protein were measured before and after treatment in 2 groups, and the outcome of the two groups were compared. Results Control group and observation group before treatment the mean arterial pressure, 24 h urinary protein quantitative and after treatment of fetal asphyxia rate compared with had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After the treatment, the observation group in the mean arterial pressure (110.32 ±10.24) mmHg, 24 h urinary protein quanti-tative (1.05 ± 0.12) mmHg, section palace yield 6.67%, neonatal asphyxia rate of 3.33% and perinatal infant mortality 0.00% compared with the control group has more advantages (P<0.05). Conclusion Magnesium Sulfate treatment and low molecular weight heparin in early onset preeclampsia significantly, not only can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,but also has an important role to improve maternal and infant outcomes,worthy of promotion and reference. |
