二甲双胍联合克罗米芬门诊治疗多囊卵巢的疗效观察

目的：探讨比较二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢的临床治疗效果。方法随机选择该院门诊于2014年3月―2016年2月期间收治的多囊卵巢患者60例,将所有患者随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患者各30例。对照组患者单纯采用克罗米芬治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上,采用二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗,比较分析两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的促卵泡激素(FSH﹚、促黄体激素(LH﹚、睾酮(T﹚分别为(3.96±1.58﹚IU/L、(9.76±2.35﹚IU/L、(2.11±0.78﹚nmol/L,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚；观察组的排卵率和妊娠率分别为66.67%,26.67%,全部高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论采用二甲双胍、克罗米芬联合治疗多囊卵巢效果可靠,能显著促进患者排卵,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Metformin Combined with Clomiphene in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary

Objective To investigate clinical effect of metformin plus clomiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Random selection 60 outpatients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group were only using clomiphene therapy, patients in the observation group were based on the use of metformin combined with clomiphene, and therapeutic effect between the two groups were .Results The follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T) respectively (3.96±1.58) IU/L, (9.76±2.35) IU/L, (2.11±0.78) nmol/L, were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group, ovulation and pregnancy rates were 66.67%and 26.67%, all higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05) .Conclusion Metformin plus clomiphene treatment on polycystic ovary sydrome was effective and reliable, which can significantly promote ovulation, and worthy of further clinical application.
