乳腺良性肿瘤微创手术的临床应用效果分析

目的：探究乳腺良性肿瘤微创手术的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2013年1月—2015年12月在该院就诊治疗的100例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组50例,A组采用乳腺良性肿瘤微创手术,B采用传统切口手术,比较两组的手术时间、乳房表面美观评分以及患者满意度。结果 A组手术时间(31.4±2.3)min、乳房表面美观评分(2.90±0.03)明显优于B组(36.7±3.6)min、(2.05±0.39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者满意度92.00%明显高于B组74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺良性肿瘤,采用微创手术比传统切口手术临床效果更佳,手术时间更短,乳房表面美观评分更高,更使患者满意,值得推广使用。

Clinical Application of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Benign Breast Tu-mors

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery for breast benign tumor. Methods Ran-domly selected in December 2015—January 2013 in the hospital treatment of 100 cases of breast benign tumor patients were randomly divided into A, B two groups, each group of 50 cases, group A of breast benign tumor minimally invasive surgery, group B using traditional incision surgery, compared the two groups of operation time, the breast surface aesthetic score and patient satisfaction. Results Group A operation time (31.4 ± 2.3) min, the breast surface appearance score (2.90± 0.03) was significantly better than the B group (36.7 ±3.6) min, (2.05 ± 0.39), the difference of that was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in group A (92.00%)was significantly higher than that in group B (74.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For breast benign tumor, minimally invasive surgery than the tra-ditional incision surgery clinical effect is better, shorter operation time, breast surface appearance score higher, more make patients satisfied, it is worth promoting.
