医院感染目标监测与常规监测效果分析

目的探讨医院环境卫生学监测方法,为改进消毒工作及消毒设施提供科学依据。方法对2002~2004年医院感染常规监测与目标监测资料进行对照分析。结果目标监测合格率53.38%,常规监测合格率97.61%,目标监测阳性率显著高于常规监测阳性率,两种监测比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论目标监测能真实反映医院消毒工作的薄弱环节,为制定预防医院感染措施提供了依据。

Comparison between target monitoring and routine monitoring disinfection work for controlling nosocomial infection

Objective To explore the ways of monitoring over the environmental hygienics in the hospital and provide scientific foundation for improving the disinfectant work and facilities. Methods The routine monitoring and the target monitoring documents of our hospital from 2002 to 2004 were comparatively analyzed. Results The qualification rate for target monitoring was 53.38 percent while that for routine monitoring was 97.61 percent. Target monitoring had a much higher positive rate than routine monitoring (P<0.05). And the target monitoring could more actually reflect the vulnerable aspects of the hospital disinfectant work. Conclusion Target monitoring gives the management more responsibility as well as prospect and benefits to control infection in hospital.
