逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折疗效分析

目的总结应用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定结合连续被动运动（continuous passive motion,CPM）治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法采用逆行交锁髓内钉固定14例股骨远端骨折，术后早期患肢行CPM锻炼。结果14例随访10-22个月，平均16个月。平均愈合时间4．6个月，膝关节功能恢复良好，优良率92．8％。结论逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折确实牢靠，操作简便，术后早期行惠肢CPM锻炼，骨折愈合好，是一种治疗股骨远端骨折的理想方法。

Treatment of fractures of distal femur by retrograde in tramedullary interlocking nail

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and cpm for distal femoral fractures, [Methods] The retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails were used for 14 cases of fractures of the distal femur. Early CPM began within 24 h after operation. [Results] 14 cases were followed up for 10-22 months, 16 months on average. No limb was found and all fractures united 4.6 months on average after operation, the knee function recovered well with excellent and good rate of 92.8%. [Conclusion] The use of intramedullary interlocking nails in treatment of fractures of distal femur has the advantage of simple performance solid fixation. CPM can be used early after operation to ensure quick fractures healing. It is aoptimal measure for fractures of distal femur.
