| 摘 要： | 目的：评价附睾或睾丸精子抽吸胞浆内单精子注射治疗无精症的疗效。方法：对26例无精症患者配偶进行超排卵治疗30个周期，获卵当日从患者附睾或睾丸穿刺取精，进行胞浆内单精子注射（ICSI）。结果：共获卵325个，受精136个，受精率为53.1%，临床妊娠率为36.7%。结论：应用附睾、睾丸精子抽吸进行ICSI，为无精症患者提供生育机会。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the effectiveness of epididymas sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction with intracytoplasmic sperm injection for azoospermia.Methods:26 cases (30 ICSI cycles)of azoospermia males underwent percutaneous epididymas sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction. ICSI had been done in all of these patients.Results:The fertilization rate was 53.1%.All their wives had embryos transferred.The pregnancy rate was 36.7%.Conclusion:Infertility caused by azoospermia can be treated with ICSI using aspirated epididymas or extracted testicular sperm. |
