长春瑞滨和顺铂联合同步放疗治疗局部中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

目的评价国产长春瑞滨(盖诺)和顺铂联合同步放疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法106例Ⅲ期NSCLC患者,分为二组,化放组在放疗的同时及放疗后进行4周期化疗,化疗用药盖诺25mg/m2在每个周期的第1d、第8d静脉滴注给予;顺铂100mg/m2第1d静脉滴注。单放组行单纯放疗。结果化放组有效率71.4%,单放组有效率为42.0%。化放组的有效率明显高于单放组(P<0.05)。化放组和单放组的1、2年生存率分别为77.39%、30.33%和58.65%、15.75%,中位生存时间分别为18个月和13个月,其差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论盖诺和顺铂联合同步放疗是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的安全有效的治疗方法,值得进一步临床研究。

Therapeutic observation of homemade vinorelbine based chemotherapy and concurrent radiotherapy in locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

Objective:To evaluate the treatment toxicity of vinorelbine based chemotherapy and concurrent radio therapy in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods:106 patients were divided randomly into the following groups:group I was given to a total dose of 60 GY radiotherapy and four cycles of concurrent chemotherapy(vinorelbine 25 mg/m2 on Days 1,8,.cisplatin 100 mg/m2 on Days1,29,57and85).Group 2 was given to a total dose of 60 GY radiotherapy alone.Results:The response rate was 71.4% for group I and 42.0% for group 2,respectively(P<0.05).The survival rate was 77.39% at I year,30.33% at 2 years,the median survival was 18 mouths for group I and compared with 58.65%,15.75%,13 mouths for group 2,respetively(P<0.05).Conclusion:vinorelbine and cisplatin based chemotherapy and concurrent radiotherapy,as described here,is a-well-tolerated regimen with acceptable toxicity.More effective treatment schemes are required to improve disease control and overall survival.
