桡骨远端骨折两种治疗方法的疗效比较分析

目的对比分析桡骨远端骨折的保守治疗与手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院治疗的68例桡骨远端骨折患者资料，根据治疗方式的不同分为保守治疗组40例，采用手法复位＋塑性小夹板外固定；手术治疗组患者28例，采用切开复位“T”型钢板固定治疗。采用Gartland和Werley腕关节评分，PRWE评分对两组治疗方法的疗效进行比较。结果手术内固定组在放射学指标及功能评分上优于小夹板外固定组，但在疼痛程度、日常生活能力及患者满意度上两者差异无统计学意义。结论桡骨远端骨折的治疗方法应根据骨折的类型、患者的年龄及患者对功能的要求采取不同的方法，才能获得令患者满意的临床疗效。

Comparative Analysisthe Different Efficacy of Two Treatment Methods for Distal Radius Fracture

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment and surgical treatment for distal radius fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of distal radius fracture patient＇s data in our hospital, according to the different treatment, divided conservative treatment group （40 patients）, use of manual reduction ＋ small plastic splints ; surgical treatment group （28 patients）, use of cut reset ＂T＂ type plate fixation. Using Gartland and Werley wrist score, PRWE score on the efficacy of the tow groups. Results Surgical treatment was better than conservative treatment group in functional and radiology score, but the degree of pain, activities of daily living and patient satisfaction difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of distal radius fractures should be based on type of fracture, patient＇s age and patient＇s require to take a different means, in order to obtain patient＇s satisfaction.
