黄芩自生酶催化水解总黄酮苷的工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究黄芩自生酶催化水解总黄酮苷的工艺条件。方法采用正交试验,考察了加水量、温度和时间等因素,采用HPLC法测定了药材中黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素-A的含量。结果确定最优酶催化水解工艺条件为取药材,加4倍量水,于32℃酶催化水解12h,烘干后备用。结论黄芩自生酶催化水解总黄酮苷是一种环保、经济、可行的方法。

Abstract:Aim To study optimial technology for autogenesis-enzyme hydrolysis of total flavonoid glycoside in scutellaria. Methods Using orthogonal experiments, water quantum,hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time were investigated. Concentrations of baicalin, baicalein, wogonin, oroxylin-A were analyzed by HPLC. Results The best hydrolysis technology was A3B3C3. The medical material should be hydrolyzed by 4 times(V) as much water at 32℃ and kept on for 12h before being dried by baking. Conclusion This is a pollution-free ,economic and feasible way to hydrolyze total flavonoid glycoside in scutellaria.
