川参通与氟康唑配伍抗真菌活性的检测

摘    要:目的:检测川参通注射液与氟康唑配伍的抗真菌活性。方法:川参通注射液与氟康唑以不同比例配伍后制成含不同药物浓度的培养基,检测对白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度与最低杀菌浓度。结果:川参通注射液与氟康唑配伍后外观仍为棕色澄清液体,未见发生沉淀、混浊或絮状物。405nm波长处的吸光度值小于川参通注射液的吸光度值。川参通-氟康唑配伍液对白色念珠菌具有较高抗菌活性。结论:川参通注射液与氟康唑配伍后抗真菌作用明显加强,有利于真菌性感染的治疗。

Abstract:objective To determine the activity of the mixture of ChuanShenTong(CST) and fluconazole (FZ) injection. Methods The compatibility of CST injection with FZ injection was made by variant proportion and then the mixtures were added into agar media separately. The senstivities of Candida albicans to the CST injection , FZ or the mixtures were determined by MIC and MBC. Results The mixtures of CST and FZ injection were brown, clear and the sediment, turbid or wading objects did not be found in the agents. The absorbance of the mitures at the 405 nm wavelangth was lower than of CST injection.After compatibility, the quite high activities of CST injection or FZ injection to Candida albicans still retained. Conclusion The compatibility of CST injetion and FZ injection showed an obviously increase activity against to C.albicans and which is a very effective agent to treatment of the fungus infectious disease.
