过氧乙酸低温消毒试验研究

为筛选出过氧乙酸在低温条件下使用的防冻剂 ,以载体定量杀菌试验法测定了不同防冻剂对杀菌作用的影响。结果 ,氯化钠、醇类可作为过氧乙酸低温消毒防冻剂。以体积分数 33%乙醇为防冻剂的过氧乙酸溶液 ,在- 2 0℃条件下 ,用 2 0g/L过氧乙酸作用 6 0min ,对布片上大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率达 99.96 %以上。各种防冻剂对过氧乙酸杀灭细菌繁殖体影响不大 ,对细菌芽孢杀灭试验时 ,以乙醇为防冻剂时过氧乙酸溶液杀菌效果最佳。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PERACETIC ACID LOW TEMPERATURE DISINFECTION

In order to screen antifreezer of peracetic acid used at low temperature, carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to examine the influence of different antifreezers on germicidal action. Results: Sodium chloride and alcohols could be used as antifreezers for peracetic acid low temperature disinfection. The peracetic acid solution containing 33% (v/v) ethanol as the antifreezer at a dose of peracetic acid 20 g/L with a 60 min contact time killed over 99.96% in average of Escherichia coli and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strips. Various antifreezers had insignificant influence on efficacy of peracetic acid in killing vegetative form of bacteria. In sporicidal test, the peracetic acid solution with ethanol as the antifreezer had the best germicidal efficacy.
