| 摘 要： | 采用切开复位，比线缝合固定的方法治疗９０例胫骨前髁间隆突骨折，平均随访８个月，效果满意，未见骨折不愈合和膝关节不稳者。结果提示该手术是一简单有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Open reduction and suture fixation was usedto treat anterior eminence fracture ofthe tibial in 9 patients. The average follow-up was 8 months. The functional recovery was satis-factory and not a single patient was found to have nonunion of the fracture or instability of theknee joint. The result suggested that the surgical method was simple and effective. |
