两种口腔卫生宣教方式对固定矫治患者口腔卫生的影响

目的：观察两种口腔卫生宣教方式对固定矫治患者口腔卫生的影响,寻求较佳的口腔卫生宣教方式。方法：选择准备行固定矫治患者40例,随机分为两组：口述组（A组）和多媒体组（B组）。每组男女各10人。选择16、26、31、41四颗牙,检查16、26的近远中唇（颊）面以及31、41的唇面和舌面,于固定矫治开始时及开始后1月、3月、6月分别检测牙龈指数（gingival index,G I）和菌斑指数（plaque index,PLI）。结果：口述组的G I和PLI明显高于多媒体组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：对固定矫治患者进行口腔卫生宣教时采用多媒体形式效果更好。

Effectiveness Of The Oral Health Status With Two Oral Hygiene Instruction For Fixed Appliances

Objective：To evaluate the effection the oral health status in two oral health education programs among fixed Appliances.Methods：Forty patients who were decided to have fixed orthodontic appliance randomly chosen were divided into two groups：oral Hygiene Instruction（Group A） and Videotape Hygiene Instruction（Group B）.A follow-up examination was carried out in before fixed Appliances and 1 month,3 month and 6 month after fixed Appliances.The oral health status was scored according to parameters：gingival index（GI）,plaque index（PLI）in.Results：Significant differents were found in GI,PLI in patients who fixed Appliances oral using Hygiene Instruction and Videotape Hygiene Instruction.These values significantly greater in oral Hygiene Instruction then Videotape Hygiene Instruction（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The Videotape Hygiene Instruction for Patients with Fixed Appliances was better than the Oral Hygiene Instruction for Patients.
